The easiest way to explore is by Uber or Lyft. Downtown is just a quick 5-minute ride, and Overton Square is less than a mile away.
Memphis also has “Bird” electric scooters, which you’ll see all over Midtown and Downtown. After downloading the app, you can hop on for a minimal fee—plus, it’s a fun way to get around!
You’ll also find public bikes called Explore scattered throughout Midtown, with several racks conveniently located off Madison Ave. These are available for a small fee if you prefer cycling.
From the airport, Uber or Lyft is the simplest option (around $15). If you have a rental car, finding the property is easy with Google Maps or GPS.

*Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.* 1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more): ● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies: ● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. ● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. ● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date. 2. Upon booking, you must complete the verification process by submitting a photo ID and a selfie within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation. 3. You will receive a rental agreement that you are required to sign and return before your arrival. 4. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking 5. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. 6. No parties or events allowed 7. No Pets allowed. 8. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information. For security and registration purposes, all guests staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. 9. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible 10. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed 11. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest. 12. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them 13. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card two days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled 14. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy 15. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in) 16. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property 17. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit 18. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos 19. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera 20. Remember to take all your belongings when checking out. Left something? There's a $50 Mailing Fee (not including postage). We aim to return items within 7-10 business days, but please bear with us during busy times. Thanks for understanding! 21. For security reasons, NO food or package deliveries inside our gated complexes or internal buildings. Please meet them outside the buildings or gates. 22. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances. 23. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs 24. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
