This second-floor 1927 Craftsman-style apartment blends historic character with modern comfort. The downstairs unit is a completely separate rental within the same home. As is common with historic properties, some sound may carry between floors when both units are occupied, and downstairs guests may use the side entrance. For your privacy and security, the interior stairway door between units is locked on both sides, and exterior security cameras are installed on-site.

Guests downstairs may also use the side entrance. For privacy and security, the stairway door between units is locked on both sides, and security cameras are installed on-site for your safety.
➤ Shared Access: A fence line and unlocked gate lead to the guest house. Our landscaper or cleaning team may occasionally use the gate to access the storage shed on the main driveway.
➤ Additional Units: The house can be booked together with other units on the property. The downstairs house has its own entry, bath, bedrooms, and kitchen. Contact us if you’d like to combine spaces for larger groups.
➤ Pets: We welcome pets with a few guidelines:
• Please note that a $100 pet fee will be applied per stay.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
