• Rules

  Respect the Space Please treat the home with care. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so they can be resolved quickly. No Rearranging Furniture Do not move or rearrange furniture or décor. This helps prevent damage and keeps the space in good condition for all guests. Secure the Property Always lock all doors and the garage when leaving the property, even for short periods. No Mail or Packages Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items. Leave the Home in Good Condition No need to deep clean, but please wash used dishes, take out trash, and leave the home in generally tidy condition upon check-out. Do Not Tamper with Security Devices Any tampering with exterior security cameras, smoke detectors, or Wi-Fi equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Lost Key or Remote Fee Lost garage remotes or keys will incur a replacement fee. Compliance with HOA Rules As the home is part of a gated community, all guests must comply with HOA rules, which include respecting noise limits, guest registration policies, and parking restrictions.

• Notes

  No parties or events. Quiet hours are in place to respect neighbors. All guests must be registered at the time of booking—unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and essentials are provided. Garage and driveway parking are available only for registered guests. Street parking is not permitted, and visitor spaces are limited.

• Access

  You’ll have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry area, garage, and driveway. Entry is simple via a keypad or lockbox, and gate access details will be provided before check-in for a smooth arrival.

• Transit

  The home is conveniently located with easy access to I-45, making it simple to reach Downtown Houston, the Medical Center, the Heights, and other major destinations by car in 10–20 minutes. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically arrive within minutes. While a car is recommended for the most flexibility, guests can also use nearby METRO bus routes or the Northline Transit Center, just a short drive away, for public transportation options. There is no street parking and visitor parking is limited, so please plan transportation accordingly. Garage parking is included for registered guests.

  The home is in a quiet, gated community in North Houston with easy access to I-45. You're just 10 minutes from Downtown Houston, the Heights, and the Medical Center. The area offers a comfortable suburban vibe with nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and dining options. It’s the perfect location for those wanting a secure, peaceful environment while staying close to the city's best spots and attractions like Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, and Discovery Green.
