The main farmhouse has been divided to house 4 separate apartments that share the surrounding facilities with a separate annexe. Guests can relax in the expansive garden, make use of the BBQ, table tennis, children's games or enjoy lazy afternoons basking around the panoramic swimming pool.

The closest restaurant is a 3-minute drive away, there are several supermarkets within a 5-minute drive, and every Friday there is a market selling local produce in Piazza Berni / Via Gramsci Lamporecchio. The area is best known for Montalbano DOCG, a quality wine, and IGP Toscano extra virgin olive oil. For a taste of local culture and art, the charming city of Florence lies approximately 50 minutes away by car. Whilst Luca, known for its Renaissance walls and gardens, is a 40-minute drive from the property.
