You're just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, lakefront restaurants, bars, shopping, and outdoor activities. Book your Lakecation today and experience Lake Ozark like never before! Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct *Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. *First noise violation will receive a warning. A second violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. *No parties or events allowed. Any unregistered guests or gatherings may result in termination of stay and additional charges. *Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the unit. Non-Smoking Property This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including indoors, on patios, and in all shared community areas. Violations will incur a $650+ remediation fee and immediate cancellation with no refund. Pet Policy Pets are not allowed at this unit. We kindly ask you to respect this policy to ensure comfort for all guests, including those with allergies. Community Amenities *The Hippopotamus Pool, the largest swim-up bar & pool at the lake, is open seasonally (Memorial Day–Labor Day). *For a daily fee, guests may access Regalia’s gym, indoor pool, and hot tub (year-round). *You’ll also have access to all on-site restaurants and bars at the Regalia Resort. *These amenities are managed by the HOA and Regalia, not the host. Availability may change due to weather, maintenance, or special events without notice. Arrival & Departure *Check-in: You’ll receive your lockbox key code before arrival. *Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and must be pre-approved if available. General Reminders *Must be 25 years or older to book. ID must match the reservation name. *Guests with limited reviews may be subject to additional verification. *Travel insurance is strongly recommended in case of unforeseen issues. By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours' notice. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless experience for all.   Guests have private access to the entire queen studio apartment. Entry is currently via a secure lockbox—you’ll receive the code and check-in instructions prior to your arrival for a smooth and contactless experience. Smart Lock Note: We are in the process of upgrading the entry system to a smart lock, but due to the unique door type, it is currently on order. Once installed, you’ll enjoy an even easier keyless check-in and checkout process. During your stay, you will also have access to the following amenities: The Hippopotamus Pool – the largest swim-up bar and pool venue at Lake of the Ozarks (seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day) All Regalia Resort restaurants and bars Indoor gym, pool, and hot tub at the Regalia – available year-round for a daily fee Community grill area – shared by guests in the complex Please Note: The studio does not include a full kitchen, but it does feature a mini-fridge and microwave for your convenience. Community amenities are managed by the HOA and Regalia Resort, and availability may vary depending on weather, maintenance, or special events. You’ll receive complete arrival details—including your lockbox code, Wi-Fi info, and parking instructions—prior to check-in.

  Getting Around Getting around the Lake of the Ozarks area is easy and convenient with a personal vehicle, as public transportation is limited in this region. Onsite Parking: Free parking is available in the complex, just steps from your unit. Highway Access: The studio is just minutes from Highway 54, making it simple to explore Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, and other nearby attractions. Dining & Entertainment: Many restaurants, bars, and lakefront venues are just a short drive away—or walkable if staying on the Regalia property. Marinas & Boat Rentals: Local marinas are within a 5–10 minute drive if you’re planning a day out on the water. Shops & Groceries: Grocery stores, boutiques, and retail centers like the Osage Beach Outlet Mall are 10–15 minutes away. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft may be limited, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons, so we recommend bringing your own vehicle for convenience.
