  Important Notes & Policies We want all guests to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and respectful stay. Please review the following policies before booking: No pets are allowed at this property. This helps us maintain allergy-friendly, clean accommodations for all guests. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the condo or on the outdoor deck area. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We may require ID verification prior to arrival. Quiet hours are strictly enforced by The Falls HOA from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the community and neighbors during these hours. This home is professionally managed and cared for to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard for all visitors.

• Access

  You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo during your stay, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and the spacious lakefront deck with seating and a grill. The building features elevator access, so there are no stairs required from the parking area to the front door, making entry easy for all guests. Guests also have access to the community outdoor pool (seasonal) and designated parking for your convenience. Please note that boat slip rentals may be available upon request — contact us in advance for details.

• Transit

  Getting Around Our property is conveniently located just a short drive from all the area’s top attractions. Most guests prefer to have a car to explore Lake Ozark, as public transportation is limited. You’ll be just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, restaurants, marinas, and grocery stores. Boat rentals, lakefront bars, and state parks are all easily accessible by car. Free parking is available at the property.
