The property is located in the lively Paganini neighbourhood. The ideal base for exploring Nice's cultural and coastal highlights. There are several restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket a 2-minute walk away. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market within the maze of colourful buildings, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants of the Old Town. This market is especially popular for its fresh flowers, produce, and local delicacies.
Plage de Carras, the popular Promenade des Anglaise and the iconic Place Masséna (between the Old Town (Vieux Nice) & Avenue Jean Médecin) are all a 10-minute walk away.
