The separate kitchen/diner includes an attractive dining table for 4 people and the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a kettle.
Guests have use of the shared outside swimming pool, a shared garden and also a communal covered area which serves as an outdoor kitchen and dining area, with large tables for memorable meals with friends.

Location
Only 2 hours from Slovenia's capital city - Ljubljana but in unspoiled countryside, the property is on the edge of the village of Lukavci. It is in the heart of the idyllic Pannonian region, which is famous for its wines and thermal springs. Ljubljana makes a fascinating day trip. As does Zagreb, the Croatian capital (2-hour drive).
Closer to home, guests can enjoy hiking or cycling in unspoiled nature and vineyards. Many vineyards offer wine tasting, and you can buy wine directly from the producers to enjoy at home. Ptuj Castle (40 minutes) makes a great day out. It is one of the most impressive castles in Slovenia and dominates the pretty Medieval town. For something more relaxing, spend a few hours in one of the town’s thermal spas.
The historic town of Ljutomer (8 minutes) has everything visitors might need in terms of amenities and good restaurants.
Ljubljana’s international airport is a 2-hour 5-minute drive. Alternatively, Zagreb airport is only 1 hour and 45 minutes.
