    Just my son and I on this trip, but we loved the house, if you have a large group, I highly recommend this place. So many beds!!! Tons of room and lots of fun things to do and very close to all of the great parks in the area, including skiing about 45 minutes away, which is an absolute hidden gem. Brian Head was very inexpensive for rentals and lift tickets.

    Beautiful place, perfect for families or couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus an additional bathroom by the kitchen. The game room with cubbies was a favorite with the kids but the upstairs has no bathroom. Amenities were great, kitchen had everything needed for big meals, TVs galore and a beautiful living area. The outside balcony was great and the weather was nice enough to eat dinner outside several times during our stay. The sauna and jacuzzi were great, especially after a long day of hiking at Bryce or Zion! Perfect location to hit either of those national parks within an hour. Just be prepared to bring the majority of your food in from Walmart in Cedar city. The True Value in Duck creek does have a good selection of food/ snacks/ gifts/ firewood. Great place, beautifully appointed and close to 2 National parks! We enjoyed it and would like to come back late May, early June to enjoy all the beautiful flowers of late spring! Big thanks to Anthony for all his help!

    We went here for a staff retreat and just loved it! The space was very comfortable with plenty of beds, bathrooms, etc. we LOVED using the gas fireplace in the living room and the sauna was the cherry-on-top! The game room was also a hit!
