First of all, this is listed as a 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo. It is not? It is 2 separate units that do not connect. This was a family reunion of 5 ladies, thank goodness the other 4 didn't show up. We had to split up and then hang out in a small livingroom and deck. The pictures make it look very large.
The Good
*Quiet
*deck relaxing
*Unit #7 was clean except for white carpet stains
*Well stocked with supplies
The Bad
#8 condo absolutely filthy
*smelled of God knows what
*Carpet old dirty and matted down, spills not cleaned up.
*shower curtain moldy
*Cold air returns filled with dust
*mirror in master bath cleaned only as far as cleaning lady could reach
*found large spider in unit
*toilet not cleaned behind
*smoke detector beeping
*Three remotes in living room not on turns TV on
*Keurig overflows a cup of coffee.
*door to furnace (just open it and look at all the dust on the floor)
Unit #7
*broken handle on recliner..
Dust Tvs, could air return
Place is listed as 4 bedroom 4 bath but it was actually 2 separate units with 2 bedrooms 2 baths that did not connect to each other. We were having a family reunion and the living room and deck was not big enough for the group. We had to split up.
Unit#7 was pretty clean except for the white carpet with stains.
Unit #8 needs a deep cleaning.
