    Hi Dimitris. Just a quick feedback for you to have a look at and work on it so that you dont lose your ranking and property value. 1- You do not respond to guest messages which should be your number one priority. Please be quick to respond or atleast respond in 3-4 hours. 2- Property has serious maintenance issues. Water taps in bathrooms are loose. Wall paint is getting off from all over the place. There is mold smell and you will find it in different corners. No water or coffee for guests. No toiletries. 2 towels only for 4 guests. So these all small small things are affecting your property big time so please work on then. Best regards, Your well wisher. Shujah
