I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
Cons:
Very slow communication. Messages were often unanswered or replied to very late.
Cleanliness issues. The washing machine had sand and stains inside.
Missing basic amenities. No shampoo or body wash was provided.
Poor communication about access. People knocked on the door without prior notice (for instructions and later to deliver shampoo), and the host did not respond when I asked for confirmation. This was uncomfortable.
Pros:
Great location. Direct access to JBR via the sky garden, 5–10 minutes to the beach. Many restaurants nearby, plus a 24-hour supermarket, Carrefour, and spa in the building.
Overall:
Excellent location, but the apartment is not well maintained and management needs improvement.
