    nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Fréjus. l’appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes. nous avons bien profité du fait de ne pas avoir besoin de prendre la voiture pour chaque déplacement Avoir un parking dans la résidence est vraiment super. Pas besoin de passer 1h à tourner sur Fréjus pour se garer.

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement est à proximité de la plage et du port de Fréjus. Tout est accessible à pied en 5 minutes Place de parking dans la résidence, absolument parfait.

    Great potential, but some things (especially check-in and out) make the experience much worse, especially if you're not coming by car. Thank you anyway, we had a good time.

    Accomodation itself is great. Has everything needed, incl. salt, tea, etc, products for cleaning and bottled water offered after arrival, Internet working well. Comfy bed, very beautiful, spacious apartment, great balconies. They little portable AC would be great, if only some tube or other accessory were provided to help guide the hot air out. This way, you have to place it into open balcony doors, making it inefficient. Communication was ok, but impersonal. I received an online guide. They forgot to send me the access code for the key box, so it was a stressful moment, but Carole called me back rather quickly. Thank you a lot for this assistance!!!! My main issue is very late check-in(16:00), early check-out (10:00) combined with the fact the key box is not located at the building, but some 800 meters away at the agency. For people without a car, with luggage, in the heat, it is a horrible solution. Also, nothing is explained regarding the keys, luckily a nice resident helped us in.

    L'appartement est très bien situé (près du port et des plages) et possède le nécessaire pour le confort. Le lave-linge est appréciable quand on reste une dizaine de jours. Le lit est très confortable. Le parking privé est également un gros plus. Le seul petit bémol pour moi c'est la mauvaise isolation de l'immeuble qui fait qu'on entend tout ce qu'il se passe chez les voisins mais Carole n'en est en rien responsable et c'est une question d'appréciation personnelle. J'ai apprécié mon séjour et si je devais revenir dans la région, je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Article 1: **Definitions** 1.1 **Traveler**: any person staying as part of a reservation. 1.2 **Host**: owner or manager of the property hosting travelers. 1.3 **Premises**: space, accommodation, or property made available for the stay. Article 2: **Maximum Number of Travelers** 2.1 The maximum number of travelers permitted to stay at the premises is four. This number includes adults, children, and infants. 2.2 No additional travelers may be added to this number without the prior consent of the host. Article 3: **Requests for Exceptions** 3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of guests may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days before the arrival date. 3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or refuse the request based on accommodation capacity, local regulations, and availability. Article 4: **Respect for the Premises** 4.1 Travelers agree to maintain the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay. 4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited. Article 5: **Penalties for Non-Compliance** 5.1 Failure to comply with the limits on the number of travelers or to respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include, but are not limited to, financial penalties, immediate expulsion from the premises without refund, and/or legal action. Article 6: **Modification of the Rules** 6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Modifications take effect immediately after they are communicated to travelers. Article 7: **Acceptance of the Rules** 7.1 The reservation and stay at the premises imply full and complete acceptance of these rules by travelers. Article 8: Security Deposit 8.1 Deposit requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers before occupying the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, loss, or breach of these rules during the stay. 8.2 Amount: The security deposit is set at €300 and must be paid to the host no later than 48 hours before the arrival date. 8.3 Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found on the premises and that all the conditions of these rules have been complied with. 8.4 Deductions: In the event of damage, loss or infringements, part or all of the security deposit may be retained. The host will provide a detailed inventory and proof of the costs incurred to repair the damage, replace lost items or cover additional costs arising from non-compliance with the rules. 8.5 Disputes: In the event of a disagreement over deductions made from the security deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. These rules are established to ensure the well-being of all parties and respect for the premises. All travelers are asked to act responsibly and considerately during their stay. **Article 9: Eco-Responsible Commitment and Energy Management** 9.1 **Eco-Responsible Principles**: Guests agree to adopt an eco-responsible attitude during their stay, particularly with regard to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment. 9.2 **Rational Use of Energy**: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used in a rational and eco-responsible manner. Guests agree to: - Not exceed the recommended temperatures of 20°C in winter and 25°C in summer. - Turn off heating/air conditioning when they are not in the premises or when windows are open. - Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and in an efficient manner. 9.3 **Reducing the Energy Footprint**: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use. 9.4 **Sanctions and Penalties**: Failure to comply with eco-responsible principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of the overconsumption and environmental damage observed. 9.5 **Awareness and Training**: The host agrees to provide travelers with all the information necessary for eco-friendly use of the facilities and to encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors during their stay. This article aims to promote environmental awareness among travelers and minimize the environmental impact associated with their stay, thereby contributing to the preservation of natural resources and the fight against climate change.
