With a Safari Tent Cabin rental, you & your guests will enjoy the beautiful scenery & peacefulness of Son’s Rio Cibolo which features 2 miles of the gorgeous Rio Cibolo Creek with its blue spring water, and tons of activities including fishing, swimming & more!! After a fun filled day, sit ‘round the campfire at night & gaze at the big, bright, Texas starry sky! We are surrounded by large ranches which makes for a great outdoor get away from it all experience! Our Safari Cabins are fully furnished, air-conditioned/heated and have everything you need to stay comfortable including foam mattress beds, linens and towels, kitchenette, comfortable outdoor furniture, hammock, firepit, bbq pit & more! If you want to enjoy the great Texas outdoors without the setup and hassle of tent camping, while having all the creature comforts of home, our Safari Tents are for you! Safari Tent Cabins come with: 4 full sized beds with foam mattress and a futon couch. They also feature a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, hot plate with pots and pans and blender. We do not provide silverware and dinnerware, so be sure to bring these, though linens and towels are provided. For inside entertainment and relaxation, guests will find a smart TV, WiFi & DVD player. Outdoor amenities include: comfortable wicker seating, hammocks, fire-pits, BBQ pits, picnic table, outdoor lighting, water and electricity. The unique design of our Safari Tent Cabin allows you to open up the entire back wall to enjoy an indoor/outdoor living experience, perfect for eating, relaxing and reconnecting with your friends and family. There are 2 - 6-station bathroom trailers by our Safari Tent Cabins (12 lockable, private, full bathrooms in total with hot showers) for your use. We are lucky to have 2 miles of the spring-fed Rio Cibolo Creek for you to explore and enjoy! The Creek has never been known to go dry in this section and the water, being spring fed, it is nearly the same temperature year! The Creek varies in depth from 1 to 8 feet deep along our stretch, there are spots perfect for siting and cooling off or swimming. The fishing is fantastic too with large catfish and bass! Families and friends spend countless hours here swimming, relaxing, and having fun, in and along the banks of the Rio Cibolo Creek! Son’s Rio Cibolo has lots of amenities off the creek too to enjoy as well, including: 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong table, air hockey, horseshoes and more! At night, each cabins has their own firepit so guests can hang out around the campfire under the stars, roasting marshmallows and having fun. There are also many picnic tables, BBQ pits, hammocks and comfy furniture located throughout the property to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We have live-on-site staff to help with anything you may need during your stay. Located on 100 acre nature resort with 2 miles of creek frontage! Guests can park right next to their cabin. Everything is within walking distance but guest can opt to drive as well.
