The furniture and décor in the apartment were very nice and gave a good first impression. The space itself has potential and is styled well.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing due to several serious issues. The listing was inaccurate and misleading. In one section it stated that the apartment was on the 17th floor with sea views, but further down it mentioned the second floor. When we arrived, we discovered it was in fact on the second floor with no sea view at all. This was extremely disappointing, as the sea view was one of the main reasons we booked the property.
The amenities advertised were also not provided. The listing stated that coffee, shampoo, etc. would be available, but none of these items were in the apartment.
Cleanliness was another major concern. There were urine stains on the toilet seat, the kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned and contained leftover food and rubbish in the cupboard.
Communication from host very slow or non existent.
