Welcome to this secluded 3 bedroom home in Avilla. Avilla is an old dairy farming community far enough away to have wide open farming spaces, yet close enough to the cities of Benton, Little Rock, and even Hot Springs to be convenient. You will also be close to several state parks. The home has huge front and back yards, as well as a covered front porch, and back patio to relax on. If you are looking for seclusion, and convenience, this is definitely the spot for you!
The home features great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a meal. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and that bathroom has a walk in shower and has a little makeup desk. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has a work desk. The living room has ample space to spread out and watch tv.
