One of the bathrooms is adorned with an expansive, opulent bathtub and a convenient double vanity. The third bedroom also features a king bed, plus a nearby half bath, perfect for additional guests.
The living space, adorned with rich wood and leather furnishings, extends seamlessly from the indoor rooms to a private outdoor terrace, an ideal spot to enjoy the sunsets and breathtaking views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. The well-furnished living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace for everyone's comfort and entertainment. This area opens up to a private patio, which includes a pet-friendly area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The fully equipped kitchen features gourmet appliances, perfect for preparing meals.
