Our neighborhood is quiet and a tucked back for your peace of mind, that is why parking was our priority for you. Charlotte is the 3rd fastest growing city in America, and for this we are thankful during these times. However, with growth does come the hustle and bustle of a growing city. You may every once in a while get a glimpse of the "QC" doing what it does best... evolving. Take it in stride and be part of this ever changing city we love to call home.
Getting around is easy and that's why we think you will love our little escape. You are right at the corner of 277/ and I77, our main connectors to the city. We do offer airport pickups should you want to schedule that ahead of time when booking, we are happy to pick you up and drive you to your home for a service fee.
We also recommend the app Waze when navigating the city... it updates in real time and can get you from point A- point B in no time. As mentioned before, we are a fast growing city with an economic influx. We are happy to point out where the best restaurants are, easy parking in the city, or nature parks close by for exploration should your plans include that.
🐶PETS:
• Max of (2) pets not weighing more than 50lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation.
You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.
🚭SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
🚫PARTIES & EVENTS
We DO NOT allow parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.
