We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable odor that made the space feel unclean. While some updates have been made, they appear to be very minimal and the overall condition of the property did not match expectations.
The listing photos also did not accurately reflect the surrounding area, which felt less safe and more run-down than anticipated. We were told the location was within walking distance to Oaklawn, but this did not seem realistic or comfortable given the surroundings.
Additionally, there were multiple stains on the furniture and it did not appear that a thorough deep cleaning had been completed prior to our stay.
Overall, we would recommend improvements in cleanliness, accuracy of listing details, and clearer representation of the location.
