MAIN LEVEL:
OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA & CHEF’S KITCHEN Step into the main floor, where the inviting living room greets you with an elegant electric fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and two armchairs. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow, enhanced by a stunning glass door that floods the space with natural light and offers breathtaking lake views. You’ll find a beautiful wooden dining table with five chairs, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. (An extra dining bench is available in the downstairs dining area if more seating is needed!) The space also features a stylish bar, complete with a wine fridge. The gorgeous main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen offers a large island with four bar chairs. It includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, disposal, double range/oven, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The kitchen also comes stocked with all the essentials- pans, plates, wine glasses and more.
The serene balcony overlooks picturesque Lake Burien surrounded by natural vegetation. It features a wooden dining table, paired with black slatted chairs for outdoor dining or relaxation, as well as a gas grill. Tall trees frame the calm lake, with houses and nature visible on the opposite shore.
POWDER ROOM: Perfectly placed for easy access on the main floor, the modern half bath adds practicality and ease.
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH: Behind the sliding barn door, retreat to the comfort of your private master suite, a serene space designed for rest. The spacious room features a king-size bed and wooden dresser. The floor to ceiling glass windows bring in natural light and offer a breathtaking view of the lake. Black out curtains bring privacy and create a cozy nighttime haven. Additionally, a door provides guests with direct access to the balcony.
The elegant, well-lit en-suite bathroom offers a modern and luxurious retreat. It features a steam shower with white marble walls and a golden honeycomb mosaic, along with a contemporary white soaking tub complete with a wooden tray. Your feet will delight with the heated floors! We provide shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, luxurious robes and towels. A large walk-in closet completes the en-suite, with ample storage and hangers.
ADDITIONAL UPSTAIRS BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH: This bedroom offers a serene environment with a modern design. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed adorned with plush bedding and decorative pillows, as well as a small walk-in closet.
The attached modern bathroom features a sleek glass shower and heated floor. The shower includes a built-in niche stocked with shower essentials for your convenience.
OFFICE This versatile office space is located on the main level, near the front door, providing a quiet and functional space for work with a stand up desk, or an extra place to lay your head, with a very comfortable twin rollaway bed.

LIVING & DINING GREAT ROOM WITH SECOND KITCHEN: Descend the stairs to find another open concept great room! Featuring a large TV mounted above another gas fireplace, with a comfy sofa and small emerald ottoman. A small round dining table, seating 4 is placed just behind for convenience.
A compact and stylish kitchenette designed for convenience, equipped with essential small appliances, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and a mini fridge. It's perfect for light meal preparation and adds a functional yet elegant touch to the space.
DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH: Designed to mirror the upstairs master, the elegant spacious bedroom is designed for rest, featuring a king sized bed and a long, soft gray bench under the window. The large glass windows bring in natural light and offer a view of the backyard putting green and the lake beyond. Black out curtains bring privacy and create a cozy nighttime haven. Additionally, a door provides guests with direct access to the deck & hot tub.
The large, modern & luxurious adjoining bathroom once again offers heated floors and a large walk-in closet. It features a glass shower, along with another contemporary white soaking tub..
FULL BATHROOM: The bathroom is well-equipped, featuring a white marble sink, toilet and sleek glass shower, ideally located just inside the door that leads to the hot tub, for a quick rinse before or after your outside fun.
THEATER ROOM: Complete with movie posters, a wetbar and a popcorn machine, enjoy family movie night with surround sound in this cozy and spacious theater room. Puzzles, games and even a Poker table available for additional entertainment.
OFFICE NOOK: A small desk is tucked away behind a sliding door to create a cozy and private workspace.
GYM: With a treadmill and squat machine and yoga mat, this sleek and spacious room also has a TV for your viewing pleasure while exercising.
ADDITIONAL DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM: Retreat to the comfort of your private bedroom, tucked away down the hall. This inviting space features a full-size bed and a desktop workspace, as well as a walk-in closet.
BACKYARD & DOCK: The property features a fenced backyard, complete with private putting green and a modern hot tub, perfect for relaxation while enjoying breathtaking lake views.
With direct lake access, you can swim, paddleboard, or simply soak in the serene surroundings.

PARKING: For the security, safety, and well-being of the property and its inhabitants, this property has a controlled access system. This system limits vehicle access to four vehicles during the course of the reservation.
GUEST ACCESS Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the inviting front porch, a perfect private retreat throughout their stay.

    This is a cool getaway in an interesting location. It's crazy to have a lake house feel just 10 minutes from Seatac airport. The house is beautiful and feels luxurious. Downtown Burien has a charming main street and is just a 10 minute drive -- great coffee shops, bars, little stores, ethnic restaurants, bookstores, ice cream, and more. Enclaves is extremely professional and friendly. They were responsive, helpful, and offered proactive reminders to not drive off with the gate remote control (which probably happens from time to time). Overall I highly recommend this unique place for a cool staycation for a Seattle-area family or a unique home base with easy access to the airport for out of town visitors. Enjoy!

    A beautiful, comfortable and relaxing home. The views of the lake are incredible and peaceful. Great bird watching and even saw two otters swimming in the lake the last morning. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the steam room in the master bathroom. Very responsive hosts. Burien has some great restaurants. We enjoyed the The Tin Room, Osteria da Primo and Burien Press.

This system limits vehicle access to TWO vehicles during the course of the reservation. DOCK- The dock has shared access- please keep to the left/west side of the dock. Also please do not enter the property on the right/east side of the dock, it is private property. IMPORTANT Note: The detached floating motorized dock is NOT available for guest use. The lake is monitored by neighbors and any violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property. Note: There is ongoing construction of new homes within this community. There should be no overnight issues, but you may see workers next door during your stay. DO NOT enter the construction sites. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the property (fire pit, barbeque, exercise equipment, paddleboards as examples). In particular, Guest understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 for personal safety. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities and hot tub to any guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim what so ever against Owner and Enclaves for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the property amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the property amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence, for example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents in the dishwasher or clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow.
