You’ll find a beautiful wooden dining table with five chairs, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. (An extra dining bench is available in the downstairs dining area if more seating is needed!) The space also features a stylish bar, complete with a wine fridge.
The gorgeous main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen offers a large island with four bar chairs. It includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, disposal, double range/oven, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The kitchen also comes stocked with all the essentials- pans, plates, wine glasses and more.
The serene balcony overlooks picturesque Lake Burien surrounded by natural vegetation. It features a wooden dining table, paired with black slatted chairs for outdoor dining or relaxation, as well as a gas grill. Tall trees frame the calm lake, with houses and nature visible on the opposite shore.

Designed to mirror the upstairs master, the elegant spacious bedroom is designed for rest, featuring a king sized bed and a long, soft gray bench under the window. PARKING: For the security, safety, and well-being of the property and its inhabitants, this property has a controlled access system. This system limits vehicle access to four vehicles during the course of the reservation.
