  House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Number of licence: 969923 - Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. - EACH sofa bed will be made up at an additional ONE TIME PAYMENT: For one person AED 80 - KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are part of the property & provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of AED 500 Distance to beach: 5 mins Distance to shops: 2 mins Distance to bars and restaurants: 1/2 min Distance to metro: Walk is 10/15 mins, take the tram to it - 5/10 mins. Or take the taxi to it: 5 mins Tram: Outside the building Downtown: 20 mins Taxi. 20 Mins Metro DIFC: 25 mins taxi. 25 mins metro The mall of the Emirates: 10 min taxi. 10 min metro Airport: 25/30 min taxi. 25/ - All inclusive (VAT, tourism fee). - All utilities bills are included (electricity, water, Internet, TV with cable channels, Air-conditioning) - Check in any time after 3:00PM (Check-ins can be done throughout the night) - Check out before 11:00AM - The paid cleaning will be done after your departure. If you need daily cleaning you can order it for extra charge. - Fresh towels and bed linen are provided on the day of arrival (according to the number of guests). - Water, tea, coffee, shampoo is provided for our guest once in check in time. - Security 24/7 and cc cameras in the common areas - Baby travel cot for infant (length 100cm) available for free. (On request) - Baby High Chair for infant available for free. (On request) The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi. It is accessible to all major transportations – train, tram, metro and taxis providing guests the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions easily. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is a 5-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai. - Transfer service for additional charge

There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together. The best part is that JBR has a vast variety of hotels, making it super tourist-friendly. You can watch a movie in the Roxy Cinema or treat yourself to a spa day or a fancy drink in one of the nearby luxury hotels: Rixos, Hilton, Sofitel, Movenpick or Sheraton. The Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2019. This island is still in development, but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors. The marketplace near the apartment has a wide array of clothing shops and all types of stores which can keep you busy and happy for a long time. There are also numerous restaurants in walking distance from the apartment offering dishes from everywhere in the world. The most notable cuisines would be Turkish, Chinese, Lebanese, Russian, Greek, Mexican, Italian, and Japanese. Everything needed for a comfortable rest will be at your disposal!
