This listing includes 5 individual cabanas within a boutique development of eight. Each cabin offers its own private setting, allowing guests to enjoy both shared proximity and personal space.
Please note: additional structures are still being completed on site, and construction may take place during weekdays. No construction is scheduled during guest stays on weekends.

➤This cabin is part of a larger development featuring 8 beautiful cabins. There is some construction on the property; however, no construction will take place during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
➤The unit does not have AC or heat, but Medellín’s climate is famously comfortable year-round. We still recommend bringing a sweater or long clothes for the cooler evenings.
➤There is no oven and dishwasher
➤Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
•We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
•No more than ONE (1) dog, no larger than 20 pounds.
•Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
•Pets are not permitted in the hot tub.
•Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. No minors at all. Guests should be at least 18 y/o
➤No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤Please Note: Access to the property involves several steps up to your private cabin. Guests should be comfortable with a short walk or climb. A doorman is available to assist with luggage.
