Located just minutes from downtown and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, this 3-bedroom plus bonus room, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families and groups. Designed for stylish indoor-outdoor living, the home features modern amenities and a relaxed vibe ideal for comfort and connection. Breathtaking mountain scenery greets you each morning. Comfortable Accommodation:
  • Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations.
    Primary Suite: Spacious king bedroom with a private full bathroom, large walk-in closet, and baby-friendly essentials including a pack & play, high chair, and baby monitor.
    Second Suite: King bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a sliding mirrored closet.

Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.
Guest Portal: Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions.
Management: Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Pet-Friendly (One Dog Only): We welcome one dog up to 60 lbs with a $150 pet fee per stay to cover extra cleaning. Guests are responsible for pet cleanup, and dogs may not be left unattended. Any damage or waste beyond hair may result in an additional $200 cleaning fee. Dogs are not permitted in the pool. Please notify us in advance if traveling with a dog.
Hot Tub (Included): The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F depending on outdoor temperature. Want it warm when you arrive? Just message us ahead of time!
Pool Heating (Optional): Pool heating is available for $125 per day + tax due to natural gas costs. If requested, this fee will be billed prior to arrival. Our pool technician services the pool Tuesdays and Fridays only via the side gate and will not disturb your stay.
Desert Living: As with most Palm Springs homes, desert conditions mean occasional sand or leaves—especially on windy days. While our pool service keeps things clean, skimmers are provided should you wish to remove any debris during your stay.
Smart TVs & Streaming: All TVs are smart TVs with popular streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video). Guests may log in with their own accounts—please remember to log out before check-out.
Ironing & Garment Care: While irons are listed as an amenity, we do not provide a traditional iron. Instead, the home is equipped with multiple garment steamers for your convenience.
City of Palm Springs Guest Requirements: Per City of Palm Springs regulations (including Ordinance No. 2075), all guests must sign a Rules & Regulations document prior to arrival, and provide a valid driver’s license for one guest. While we understand this may feel inconvenient, it is a mandatory city requirement. Non-compliance can result in suspension of our rental permit. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and the property, there are six exterior security cameras located at the front door, front pedestrian entry, front side gate, street-facing right side of the garage, pool area, and pool equipment area. These cameras are used strictly for security purposes and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Important information

House Rules • Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 3 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City's "Good Neighbor Brochure", provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
