The smart lock and ring systems provide security and convenient access to the property, giving you peace of mind and flexibility during your stay. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

💦 POOL:
The pool is open May 1–Sept 30 and is not heated. It is closed during the off-season.
For safety:
• No diving
• No glass in or around the pool area
There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
We maintain the pool regularly, but occasional service interruptions may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
🐶PETS:
• Maximum of 2 dogs (under 50 lbs each)
• Pets must be declared at time of booking
• Pets are not permitted on furniture
• Pets must be supervised at all times
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets indoors and outdoors
We appreciate respectful pet ownership so future guests can enjoy the home as well.
🚭SMOKING:
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
🚫PARTIES & EVENTS:
We DO NOT allow parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.
🚗PARKING:
• ALL cars must park in the driveway which has a maximum of (4) four cars
• If you cannot fit, a maximum of (2) two cars are permitted to park on the street directly in front of the property
• Please be mindful not to block anyone else's driveway
