Casa di Montagna is the ultimate Poconos getaway for families and friends. Enjoy multiple living spaces, a game room, fireplace, firepit, gas fire‑table, horseshoes, pizza oven, and a Blackstone grill. With bathrooms on each level, open dining areas, and a full kitchen, comfort is guaranteed. Just steps from the lake and across from the ski hill, plus access to Locust Lake Village amenities. The driveway fits 10 cars.

Close to many major Pocono Attractions and Ski Resorts, including Jack Frost/ Big Boulder Ski Mountains, Camelback Ski and Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, Kalahari Indoor Water Park and Resort, Outlet shopping, and many Local Area Restaurants. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in the Mountains.

Pocono Mountains Hiking Trails:

Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania, the Pocono Mountains offer a breathtaking natural landscape with a diverse range of hiking trails suitable for all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking for a leisurely stroll in the woods, or a seasoned hiker seeking challenging adventure, or a nature enthusiast, the Pocono Mountains have something for everyone.

The entire house is yours. For those that want games: included in the game room are pool, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, beer pong and an arcade game. For those that want some space, there are 3 different seating areas to relax and socialize. If you need to work, there is also desk/chair with keyboard, monitor, mouse, and printer.

Outdoors we have a large deck with a grill, seating for 10 in the porch, an 8-person hot tub, wood and a propane fire pit. We also have a 240 outlet for EV charging available to use for $10/day. Please note that guests have to provide their own charger.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the use of our canoe, inflatable kayak and paddle boat during their stay, providing an opportunity for tranquil exploration of the surrounding waters. To ensure safety and liability, all guests are kindly asked to sign a waiver before using the boats. Do as much or as little as you like! Relax and Enjoy!

I give my guests space but am available anytime when needed

Amenities include three lakes with sandy beaches, a ski hill with a rope tow, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball and bocce courts, and a community center. Boats with electric motor are permitted. Multiple ski areas, including Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski areas, are just 15 minutes away, and it is only 25 minutes to the Camelback ski area and Camelbeach Waterpark.

Locust Lake Village, requires all guests to be pre-registered 72 hours prior to your arrival. You will be given 12 FREE guest wristbands which can be found in the basement. These wristbands allow you and your guests to use all the community amenities such as beach, Ski hill, playgrounds, boating, fishing, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball court, Volleyball court, Bocce and so much more!

Our home is located in Locust Lake Village. Our community requests all incoming guests and vehicles to be registered for security purposes.

Please note, each lease includes up to 10 persons but can sleep up to 12 guests. Additional guests will be accommodated with additional cost of $50/person/night.

We do allow upto 2 pets for $125.

The association office is located in the entrance of community. Feel free to stop in if you would like to buy some merchandise.

Primary renter should be at least 25 years of age or older.

You will receive

- A dated renter’s parking permit via email once you register, which must be displayed on every vehicle dashboard at all times.

- Twelve wristbands (only needed for those over 12 years old) are in the house for you to use for the length of your stay. This gives you access to any events and amenities. There is a $25 fee assessed per wrist band (by the LLV community) if these are not left in the home.
