Inside, two light-filled living rooms give families and groups room to spread out. The upper-level living and dining area opens to the deck through sliding glass doors, with seating for up to eight using the available table extensions and extra chairs. The lower-level lounge offers additional seating, lake views, deck access, and space to unwind after a day on the water.

The home includes two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, linens, towels, and essential starter supplies.

Nearby attractions include Sandy Bottom Park and Beach, Cumming Nature Center, Hunt Hollow, Bristol Mountain, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area, Ontario County Park at Gannett Hill, Grimes Glen, local breweries, and Finger Lakes wineries. A personal vehicle is recommended because rideshare availability may vary.
Guest access:
Guests may use the entire home and outdoor property except for the locked cleaner’s closet. The driveway is shared, and parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional vehicles must use permitted street parking.
Pet policy:
Up to two dogs are permitted with a pet fee. Approval is required for additional dogs. Owners must immediately collect and properly dispose of all pet waste. Failure to comply may result in a $100 additional fee.
Complimentary starter supplies include one towel and pillow per guest, bed linens, K-cups, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, a sponge, dish soap, and hand soap.

- Turn off the air-conditioning units during summer departures. Set the heat to 60°F during winter departures.
