The covered upper porch offers a relaxed place to sit outside, take in the neighborhood, and look toward the Big House before or after a day on campus.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across six queen bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with a Smart TV, desk and chair, mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
Because every bedroom has a private bathroom and workspace, the layout works especially well for families, alumni groups, wedding parties, university visits, and friends attending games or events together. Although the bedrooms offer the privacy of individual suites, the property is rented as one complete home for your group.

A dedicated entertainment area features a 100-inch TV, creating a natural setting for watching the big game, streaming movies, or relaxing together after exploring Ann Arbor. Additional Smart TVs throughout the home give guests flexibility when different members of the group want their own space.

The spacious second-floor kitchen and living area provides approximately 590 square feet of connected gathering space. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, serving essentials, a Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee grinder, toaster, and microwave.
The large dining table gives the entire group a central place for shared meals, game-day snacks, planning the day, or simply catching up over coffee.
Outdoor living
Step onto the covered second-story porch and settle into the outdoor seating while enjoying views toward Michigan Stadium and the surrounding Lower Burns Park neighborhood. A propane BBQ is available for casual summer meals, and the front porch and lawn add to the home’s residential feel.
