  House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Number of licence: 969923 - Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. - Tourism Dirham Tax not included in the room rate and shall be paid upon arrival at the property. - EACH sofa bed will be made up at an additional ONE TIME PAYMENT: For one person AED 80 - KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are part of the property & provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of AED 500 Distance to shops: 2 mins Distance to bars and restaurants: 1/2 min Distance to metro: Walk is 10 mins Airport: 15/20 min taxi. 10/15 min metro - Tourism Dirham Tax not included in the room rate and shall be paid upon arrival at the property. - All utilities bills are included (electricity, water, Internet, Smart TV, Air-conditioning) - Check in any time after 3:00PM (Check-ins can be done throughout the night) - Check out before 12:00AM - The paid cleaning will be done after your departure. If you need daily cleaning you can order it for extra charge. - Fresh towels and bed linen are provided on the day of arrival (according to the number of guests). - Water, tea, coffee, shampoo are provided for our guest once in check in time. - Security 24/7 and cc cameras in the common areas
