Welcome to Adventure West! We are excited to host you and want to ensure a wonderful experience for both our guests and neighbors. Please review and follow the following house rules during your stay. * The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older * The individual making the reservation must occupy the property during the entire stay. * All guests staying at the property must be registered prior to check-in. * A valid government-issued photo ID and signed rental agreement may be required before access is granted Only registered guests are permitted on the property. * Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Pets are onsidered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval only and once approved all pets must be registered * Approved pets are subject to a daily pet fee, charged per pet, per day. * A signed pet agreement is required before arrival. * Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees and/or termination of the reservation. No Parties or Events * Parties, events, gatherings, or large group functions are strictly prohibited. * Excessive noise, disturbances, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Please be respectful of neighboring owners and guests at all times. No Smoking or Vaping * Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or electronic smoking products are prohibited inside the condo, on the deck, and throughout the property. * Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional cleaning fees. Fireworks Prohibited * Fireworks, sparklers, explosives, and similar devices are strictly prohibited at all times. Community & HOA Rules * Guests must follow all posted Southwood Shores community, pool, hot tub, pickleball, tennis court, playground, and common area rules. * Failure to comply with HOA regulations may result in fines, removal from amenities, or termination of your stay. Stairs Required * Please note that one flight of stairs is required to access the condo. * Guests should consider this when booking if mobility limitations are a concern. Boat Dock Rental * A boat dock may be available to add to your reservation for an additional daily fee. * Dock reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. * Dock availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed prior to arrival. Safety & Security * Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. * Do not tamper with safety equipment, smoke detectors, or security devices. By booking and staying at Adventure West, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of access to amenities, cancellation of the reservation, and/or removal from the property without refund.
