Open Concept with Indoor and Outdoor Living
Designed for families and friends who love spending time together, Alabama Georgia Line combines comfortable indoor living with exceptional outdoor spaces.
The property includes a spacious 4-bedroom, 2½-bath main home, along with a private guest cottage featuring a queen-size bedroom and a full bathroom, giving everyone room to spread out while still enjoying time together.
Inside, the open-concept living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, a dining table that seats ten, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for three. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day on the lake or cheering on your favorite team, the entire group can stay connected.
One of our favorite gathering places is the screened porch, complete with an oversized farmhouse dining table, cozy lounge seating, three industrial ceiling fans, and an antique floor fan. It's the perfect place for family dinners, morning coffee, afternoon naps, or simply watching the rain roll across the lake.
Our Outdoor Space and Waterfront Lot
The outdoors is where Alabama Georgia Line truly shines.
Just steps from the screened porch is our shaded lakeside Pergola, overlooking one of our favorite features—the kid-friendly swimming area. With approximately 3 feet of water, easy stair access, and handrails, it's an ideal place for children to swim while adults relax comfortably in nearby shade.
The property also features three private docks, each offering a different way to enjoy the lake.
The covered dock includes two boat slips, dock bumpers, cleats, floodlighting, and a fish-cleaning station, making it easy for guests who bring their own boat.
Our wooden dock is perfect for casting a fishing line, jumping into the lake, or stretching out with a lounge chair to soak up the sun.
