Minimum booking age: 25 years.
📝 - All guests must complete a pre-check-in form via an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide, sent upon booking confirmation.
🔐 - The verification steps require the guest to provide contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for a hold on a $800 security deposit.
🛡️ We understand that accidents can happen. To offer you peace of mind during your stay, we provide two options to protect both your stay and the property:
1️⃣ Damage Waiver
💵 For a small one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage as well as normal wear and tear during your stay. It provides coverage up to $85, protecting you from unexpected repair or replacement costs.
ℹ️ Note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Be sure to report any damage before departure.
2️⃣ Security Deposit
🔒 You can also choose to pay a refundable Security Deposit of $800 to cover any potential damage during your stay.
⏳ Note: Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.
-Bring your own firewood, there is none on-site!
Please remember to bring or purchase kindling and paper to start the fire.
No smoking, including vaping, inside the chalet.
💸 $250 fine for smoking indoors.
🐾 PETS
Small pets allowed (2 max) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee per pet.
❌🛋️ - Pets must not be on the furniture.
💳 - For convenience, please settle the fee via Enso Connect before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation!
🔇 NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Excessive noise or nighttime disturbances may result in the full retention of the deposit.
🚪 VISITORS
Any overnight visitors must be approved in advance at the time of booking and are subject to additional fees.
🔧 DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE
Please promptly report any damage or breakage to the manager.
🪑 - Do not move furniture between rooms without permission.
⚖️ COMPLIANCE
The owner/manager may terminate the occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance with the rules or disturbances to the neighborhood.
