  To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please note the following: - No smoking (including vapes or marijuana) - No illegal drugs - No parties or gatherings; quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM - No pets, except service dogs (please inform us in advance) - Only registered guests allowed; no unapproved visitors - One towel set per registered guest - Turn off AC when leaving - No hanging clothes on balconies or windows - No glass near the pool area - Use of BBQ area must be requested at the office (9 AM–2 PM) - Tennis equipment not provided - Clubhouse use rules apply, including no food/drink on pool tables, appropriate attire, and supervision of children under 14
