This lovely house is located in a peaceful area in Medulin, about 10km from Pula. Quiet area, 100m2 big lot, terrace, WiFi and grill make this house an ideal choice for your next vacation. The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped to accommodate 8 to 10 people. It has two Apartments: basement and ground floor. Basement has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. On the ground floor are also a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace situated. Both kitchens are equipped and have a fridge, electric stove, oven, dishes and dining table. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. There are two air conditioners in the house: one in the basement and the other one on the ground floor. Guests also have a washing machine and two parking places. Bed sheets and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. There are no stairs inside between lower and upper apartment.
NOTE: the house is not suitable for groups of young people.
