Sauze d’Oulx is a popular holiday destination at any time of year. In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous Via Lattea (Milky Way) network, which covers 400km of skiable slopes. The Jouvenceaux ski lift is a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the apartment. In the summer, visitors can enjoy numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.
There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a supermarket and other smaller shops selling regional delicacies. The weekly market (Friday morning) is the best place to find the freshest local ingredients.
Turin airport is a 1-hour and 20-minute drive from the apartment.
