Location
Situated along ‘254 Allée des Diligences’, guests are placed a few metres away from the Le Prarion ski lift and 2-10 minutes’ walk from the ski school, the tennis club, train station and Lac des Chavants fishing lake. The centre of Les Houches is 5 minutes’ drive away, whilst the Equestrian centre is 9 minutes’ drive away.
Just 14 minutes’ drive away, famous Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities. From the holiday apartment, Geneva Airport is just 65 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.
