Welcome to our privately run, family-friendly and very well-kept holiday home, which is in a prime location just 15 metres from the sea. With a front row position, you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views that are second to none. This holiday home is the perfect place for anyone looking for peace and quiet and who appreciates being close to the water.
Cosy furnishings await you inside. Our 5 flats, each approx. 45 m² in size, are lovingly furnished and offer you a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and a living room with kitchen. The highlight of each flat is the sunny balcony with a direct sea view - the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking view of Pag Bay.
Outside, there is a barbecue belonging to the house, which you are welcome to use to enjoy cosy evenings under the stars. Free parking facilities in the immediate vicinity of the house ensure a carefree stay. There is also a free boat mooring directly in front of the house, which is available for small to medium-sized boats.
The surrounding area is a paradise for water lovers and active holidaymakers. The nearby pebble beach is only about 15 metres away, and with a short boat or car trip you can reach beautiful bays with sandy or pebble beaches, where crystal-clear water awaits you. Kustici on the island of Pag is the ideal starting point for excursions to famous Croatian sights such as Plitvice Lake, the Krka waterfalls or the Kornati islands. A small restaurant serving regional specialities can be found right in the neighbourhood, while a grocery shop and a bakery are just 100 metres away for self-catering.
