Discover the idyllic border triangle of Switzerland, Austria and Germany from our charming holiday flat, which is part of our picturesque farmhouse on Lake Constance. This unique holiday destination invites you to enjoy the surrounding nature, be it on the old Rhine or in the nearby Appenzellerland. Experience an unforgettable stay in our house, built in 1696 and tastefully renovated to harmonise comfort and tradition. The interior of the holiday flat, which is about 100 metres from the farmhouse, offers all the amenities you could wish for on a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with a cosy tiled stove and an eat-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge including freezer compartments, coffee filter machine and a cooker with oven. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The first floor accommodates a double room with an additional single bed and a bathroom/WC, while the second floor comprises two double rooms and a spacious living area. The hallway can also be used as a workplace. For families with small children, a children's table seat and a stair gate are available in the flat. The outside area of the holiday flat offers a beautiful garden for playing and relaxing. There is a public swimming pool just 200 metres away, for which our guests receive free entry tickets. In addition, a playground, a stream, wooded areas, a vineyard and shopping facilities are just a short walk away. Visitors also have the opportunity to visit the animals on our small farm (sideline) and help with the daily work if they wish. The area surrounding the holiday flat is a paradise for nature lovers and offers numerous excursion possibilities. The Appenzellerland with its hiking trails is easily accessible by car or public transport. A variety of sporting activities such as fishing, cycling, rowing and sailing are possible. From the nearby village of Thal, you can quickly reach the surrounding towns of Rorschach, St. Gallen, Bregenz (A) and Lindau (D), all of which are well connected by public transport. Treat yourself to some time out in our holiday flat, where tradition meets comfort and nature begins right on the doorstep. Here, in the heart of the border triangle, you can unwind and at the same time go on exciting excursions in the region.
