The living area is full of light, thanks to large windows looking out over the garden to the mountains beyond. A glass door leads onto a paved terrace with a table and chair, where guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Back indoors, there are two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for six. The separate kitchen has been beautifully fitted out and is equipped with a combined cooker/induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and drip coffee machine.

Bedroom: The master bedroom, with a double bed and bookcase, has a glass door onto the terrace with direct access to the private garden.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

With classic white tiling, the bathroom is equipped with a full bath and shower, basin and W.C.

The apartment is in the centre of Chamonix, just 95m from the lifts for the Brévent skiing area, so close to the ski slopes and shuttle buses. Guests can enjoy easy access to the mountains at any time of year.
The slopes nearby are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Whilst in the summer months, there are multiple hiking trails and mountain bike routes to choose from.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, with banks, a weekly market, and supermarkets nearby.
Geneva airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away.
