Protaras Villa 1437 is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property located in a quiet area of Protaras next to Ayia Triada Beach just a minutes' walk to the beach and a 5-minutes walk to all amenities.
The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equipped kitchen a dining table for 6 persons, comfortable sofas and sofa bed and large flat screen TV and guest WC. On the top floor the villa features two bedrooms with a double bed each and beautiful sea views as well as the family bathroom which includes a separate shower enclosure.
The outside offers a private pool with pool fence for children safety and a fully furnished with sunbeds and BBQ. The front patio offers a covered veranda, sofa set, dining table with chairs and BBQ.
