Nestled under the trees with a fire pit, this 4-bed, 3-bath vacation rental is the perfect spot for your next getaway. The property offers 2 separate living areas and a spacious screened porch to host your entire group with ease. Fairfield Bay offers Great golf and miles of ATV trails. Plenty of parking for your boat or other toys. There is a pool pass in the information binder. It allows for discounts at various places in the resort. while you cannot use the boat dock. you may beach or tie your boat to a tree and leave it overnight so that you dont have to pull it out of the water.

    We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at Kam’s place with three other couples. We also had friends join us for dinner one night, and the space worked out great. Everything was just as described and very comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake from the house, and the surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. The fire pit was a favorite spot to wind down in the evenings. Kam was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

    We enjoyed the house. Weather had us stuck inside but there was lots of board games. The covered patio was a plus💙

    We absolutely love staying at Aunt Pattie’s lake house. The house has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay on the lake. Easy access to the water. Host is always quick to respond!

    Jeff was a great hoist and responsive. We thought the house was great for a small family weekend get together. It was as advertised/pictured. The screened in back deck was like a tree house perched in the trees overlooking the lake. Was able to beach the pontoon at the end of the trail from the house for easy access. Overall great experience.
