We price this room per person. Near hiking. We offer parking and the home is about 45 minute walk 2 the city of Canandaigua. Base pricing is 4 1 person. 2-5 persons=$50/per person. There R 2 singles and 1 queeen bed. Queen bed is only available when 2 people are booking or you pay4 2 persons. 1 lg car/2 small cars permitted. You are renting the lower lake level room and powder room. Your fee does not give U access to the rest of the home.
You have access to powder room at street level and rinsing station outdoors at lake level near your room. You have access to a grill and hot water pot and toaster oven and cooler. Please bring your own ice. You have access to the private waterfront and lower level terrace room.
You have your own entrance. I will let you in.

No summer equipment is available until after memorial day. No outdoor rinsing station is available until after Memorial Day. Nice half bath is available for washing up with toilet and sink. No access to living room other parts of the home. No unregistered guests to the in/outside of the home. No smoking on property inside nor outside. No late check in.
