The Baia delle Palme residence is immersed in a park surrounded by a thick pine forest, beyond which lies the beach of Foxi and Sali, just 250 meters from the residence.
In a quiet and reserved position, the residence has a salt water swimming pool with a large solarium area and a bar with a large relaxation area. The property is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. Nearby, golf course and riding stables.
The apartments surrounded by greenery are arranged in a semicircle around the shared outdoor swimming pool and can be on the ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with balcony, both equipped with table and chairs. All apartments have park view.
MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN:
1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.
2) TOURIST TAX: it is obligatory for the municipality of Pula. The amount may vary depending on the period.
3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).
TO KNOW:
1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20.00 must be communicated in advance to the structure; in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.
2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.
3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
