On the ground floor, there is a spacious, open-plan living/dining and kitchen area, with wooden floors throughout and rustic open brickwork. The seating area includes two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a coffee table. The wooden dining table seats 6 people and is next to the French windows which open onto a shaded balcony with stunning vistas of the lake. On the balcony, there is another dining table for meals al fresco and a fun swing chair. Back inside, the wooden, fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolcegusto coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
The fenced garden, with its extensive lawns and shrubs, is ideal for children and pets.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and lovely view of the lake.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be joined, a wardrobe and lake views.
Bedroom 3: This cosy bedroom has a double sofa bed which suits an adult or 2 children.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom is fitted out with a full bath with a separate shower, basin and washing machine. The WC is separate.
There is a second WC off the entrance hall.

Location
The house is in a quiet part of Balatonalmadi, just a 4-minute drive from Tobruk Beach on Lake Balaton. The lake is a centre for watersports including sailing, paddleboarding, windsurfing and kayaking. On land, the famous cycle route around the whole of Lake Balaton means that many places can be explored by bike.
Away from the lake is the town of Veszprem (20 minutes), which was the European Cultural Capital in 2023. It makes a great day trip with plenty to see including the castle and zoo. The town hosts many different festivals throughout the year. For more excitement try the Balatoni Bob leisure park (4 minutes). Here visitors can try climbing, archery and other fun activities.
Guests will find a range of restaurants to suit all budgets in the centre of Balatonalmadi (10 minutes). For self-catering there is a supermarket in the town (5 minutes)
Balatonalmadi is 1 hour from Budapest city and Budapest International Airport is 1 hour 22 minutes by car.
