For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: lift, air conditioning. Bus stop "Clinica Roca" 550 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
