Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.
Guest Portal: Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions.
Management: Our property is expertly managed, we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a $200 pet fee per stay, which helps cover additional cleaning for pet hair. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Dogs may not be left unattended, as barking may disturb neighbors, and are not allowed in the pool. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will apply. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a dog.
Respect Our Neighbors: Please help us maintain the peace and tranquility of our Palm Springs neighborhood by adhering to all city noise ordinances. Audible music is not permitted outside the home at any time, including the backyard. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, during which noise (including conversation) must not extend beyond the property line. Violations may result in visits from local law enforcement and fines of up to $500.
Pool Use: Please do not add any liquids or solid soaps to the pool or hot tub. No diving and no glass items are allowed. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests. Pool heating is optional and available for $125 per day (plus tax) due to the high natural gas usage. This fee will be billed prior to arrival if requested. The pool cleaner services the pool on Tuesdays and Fridays and accesses the yard through the side gate without disturbing guests.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F, depending on outdoor temperature. If you’d like it warmed up before arrival, feel free to message us in advance.
Desert Living: Like many homes in Palm Springs, this property is located in the desert where wind and sand are common. On windy days, some sand may enter the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to remove it, a small amount may remain.
Broken Items: Accidents happen, and we understand. If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, even if it’s not your fault, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly. For serious stains or damage to furniture or flooring, timely communication helps us resolve the issue efficiently.
Plumbing: To avoid plumbing issues, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or any other items.
City Requirements: Under City of Palm Springs regulations, including Ordinance No. 2075, all guests are required to sign a Rules & Regulations document prior to arrival. In addition, a valid driver’s license from at least one guest is required for identification. These requirements are mandatory to maintain our rental permit, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Important information

House Rules • Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 8 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 3 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways. • Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa. • Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City's "Good Neighbor Brochure", provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
