About this property

Bright and spacious flat just a few minutes' walk from Malvarosa beach. The fully equipped flat is located on the 5th floor, accessible by lift.
The flat features free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning and has a private parking space (underground car park).
The city centre is easily accessible by public transport (bus, tram, metro).
A lovely flat to enjoy your (beach) holiday.
The flat is definitely not suitable for young people/students, and holding parties. If the house rule regarding noise and quiet hours is violated, we will immediately terminate the reservation. This rule is necessary because of the neighbours who are permanent residents.
The La Malvarrosa district is located on Playa de la Malvarrosa, part of the city's long sandy beach. Along the beach you will find shops where you can buy souvenirs and beachwear, interspersed with cafés and informal eateries where you can eat tapas or paella. In summer, the lively bars stay open until late. Further inland are all kinds of Spanish eateries popular with locals.
It´s located about 5km from the historic city centre. You can easily reach this by bike and public transport (various buslines, as well tram).
The flat is in a building with permanent residents. As a result, parties or noise pollution are prohibited. Violation of this will immediately lead to termination of the rent. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00.
Please check our check-in hours. I am not able to do any late check-ins! Or at least ask before you make your reservation.
