Gorgeous contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.
Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.
It only takes 25 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.
In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.
