About this property

Spacious 6BR retreat on 3 levels, perfect for up to 15 guests! Just a 30-second drive to the beach with great views, a large deck, tiki bar, and outdoor shower. Features 3 king bedrooms, a room with 2 twins, one queen, separate bunk room, and 2 living rooms . Enjoy board games and plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun.
Step inside and you’ll find a welcoming main level with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bright dining area. The master suite offers a king bed, attached bath, and plenty of natural light. A second bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bathroom are also on this level.
Upstairs, a second living room invites relaxation, joined by two more bedrooms with king beds and a cozy twin-bed room.
On the lower patio level, you’ll discover a bunk room with a bunk bed and a full-size bed, plus a shaded seating area and a lively tiki bar—perfect for afternoons and evenings outdoors.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including both living rooms, all bedrooms, all bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, laundry, decks, patios, tiki bar, and outdoor seating areas. The only exception is the master closet, which is reserved for the homeowner’s personal items and cleaner’s storage. Limited garage access is available for certain items such as the grill.
I’m not based locally, but I have a trusted team on Bolivar who can handle anything that comes up. The fastest way to reach me is through the messenger, but you’re also welcome to call or text if you prefer.
This stretch of the Bolivar Peninsula offers wide-open beaches, gentle Gulf breezes, and panoramic water views. The area is known for its laid-back, walkable vibe—where homes are often nestled on stilts above low-lying dunes for that classic coastal look.
Daily life here moves at the pace of the tide. You’re moments away from serene shoreline walks, local fishing piers, and historic spots like Fort Travis Seashore Park and the Bolivar Lighthouse—remnants of coastal Texas history.
Perhaps most inviting is the quiet. Neighbors love the sense of community, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the peace—it's been praised as one of the region’s most peaceful neighborhoods.
Additionally, Port Bolivar sits just across from Galveston Island—an easy, scenic ferry ride away—making it accessible yet wonderfully removed.
By Car: Driving is the most common way to navigate the peninsula and explore nearby communities—it’s easy to park close to the beach, and the roads accommodate vehicles well.
By Golf Cart: A super fun and practical choice! Golf carts are permitted on most streets and beaches—perfect for getting around locally without hopping in a car.
Please note: A $300 security deposit pre-authorization hold is required. You’ll receive a secure guest portal after booking to enter your card info. The hold is placed 3 days before check-in and released 4 days after check-out, as long as there’s no damage.
Enhancements: Guests can purchase a variety of add-ons through the portal, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional services to make their stay even more enjoyable.
House Rules: 🔹 No Parties or Events:
Large gatherings, loud parties, and unauthorized events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted unless otherwise approved. 🔹 No Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If smoking outside, properly dispose of cigarette butts.
🔹 Hurricane Shutters Do not touch the switches that have the label "leave in the middle". Those operate the hurricane shutters and can be damaged if the switches move. 🔹 No Pets
🔹 Quiet Hours:
Respect quiet hours (typically 11 PM – 8 AM) to avoid disturbing neighbors. 🔹 Parking:
Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or access points. 🔹 Beach Etiquette:
Rinse off sand before entering the house. Follow local beach rules and remove all personal items and trash when leaving. 🔹 Trash & Cleanliness:
Bag and dispose of all trash properly in the outdoor bins. Keep the space tidy and treat it with care. 🔹 Respect the Property:
No rearranging furniture or removing items from the house. Report any damages or issues promptly. 🔹 Late Check-out Fees:
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an additional fee. 🔹 Follow All Local Laws:
