Protaras Villa 1031 is a spacious and elegant 3-bedroom seafront villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the coast of Protaras, just 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, a Blue Flag, white-sand beach with crystal clear blue waters. Situated on the tip of the peninsula, at the very best position and in the heart of Protaras, yet far from the crowd and noise, the villa enjoys 270 degrees of panoramic sea views and is a short walk from the Central Protaras Strip.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen that open into a beautiful Mediterranean garden patio. On the same level there is the first bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The upper floor offers the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite full bathroom with a shower and the third bedroom with two single beds. A large veranda with amazing sea views can be accessed from the third bedroom as well as from the front garden.
The house has been recently renovated in 2022 and all furniture and equipment are brand new and of high quality and comfort. The villa is completely equipped to feel like a home away from home, is fully air-conditioned and all rooms offer ceiling fans for extra comfort.
