It is located right in front of the main beach of Follonica! As soon as you step out of the building you will be just a few steps away from the sea in Follonica! And only 200 metres from the house you will find the free beach.
Follonica is in an excellent position if you want to visit the rest of the magnificent region of Tuscany, it is only 2 hours by car (2 hours and a half by train) from the beautiful city of art Florence, just one hour from Pisa and its leaning tower, an hour and a half from Lucca (famous for Lucca Comics in November), half an hour by train and car from nearby Grosseto and, for those who want to visit the beautiful capital of Italy, Rome, is only 2 hours by train (or 2 hours and a half by car). For those who love the peace and quiet of the countryside just a few kilometres away from the flat is the beautiful Tuscan Maremma, all to be discovered and visited. An hour and 40 minutes away, on the other hand, are the splendid thermal baths of Saturnia, for those who love to relax and enjoy a splendid thermal bath.
The Bedo House flat, is located on the fourth floor of the condominium, equipped with a lift, thus avoiding guests having to take the stairs.
Inside we can find: 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dining room 1 bathroom, a room that serves as a laundry room and a beautiful balcony with a magnificent sea view.
The Master Bedroom is equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The Secondary Room is equipped with two single beds, one of which foldaway, in case a fourth bed is not needed.
In the Dining Room we can find a magnificent Sofa and a splendid dining table.
The Kitchen is new and functional and includes an oven, a gas hob, dishwasher and electric kettle.
The balcony with a splendid view of the sea, is equipped, in the warmer periods, with a table and chairs for lunch or dinner with a view of the Tuscan sea.
In warmer periods air conditioning has a cost of 5 Euro per day.
Heating has a cost of 10 Euro per day, during the periods in which it is permitted by Italian law to use it.
